Get in touch with our editorial team
Maybe you’re a small business owner with a question about an AI software review. Maybe you run an AI company and want your tool considered for testing. Maybe you’re a journalist on deadline. Every message on this page goes to a real person on our editorial team, gets read, and gets routed to whoever actually handles that kind of request. Nobody outside the team reads it first, and no AI tool can pay to jump the queue.
Choose the category that fits
Selecting a category below pre-fills the form so your message reaches the right process faster. We built these eight categories because “general questions” was swallowing everything and slowing down the messages that actually needed fast handling, like security reports and factual corrections. Picking the closest match, even an imperfect one, gets you a faster and more accurate reply than leaving it to General Questions by default.
If you’re reporting a security or privacy issue, please use responsible disclosure: describe the issue clearly, avoid sharing sensitive account data in the message itself, and give us a reasonable window to investigate before discussing it publicly. We read every security report personally and acknowledge it fast. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle any personal information you send us.
Contact our editorial team
All fields marked with an asterisk are required. Company and website are optional, but filling them in helps us reply faster if your message is about a specific AI tool or a partnership. Attach a screenshot if you’re reporting an error. It’s usually the fastest way to show us exactly what’s wrong. We use your information only to reply to this message, never to add you to a marketing list, and never sell it. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
What to expect, by category
Response times differ because the work behind them differs. A factual error gets fixed fast because it’s usually a one-line check against a source. Editorial feedback and general questions go through the same team but compete with the rest of our publishing schedule, so 3 business days is realistic rather than optimistic. AI software submissions take the longest, 1 to 2 weeks, because a “yes” means we’re committing to hands-on testing, not just a reply. Security reports jump the queue because an unpatched issue gets worse the longer it sits.

Practical answers to what people usually wonder before sending a message.
The specific page URL if relevant, a clear description of your question or issue, and any supporting links or screenshots. The more specific the message, the faster we can route and answer it.
Yes, the form above includes an optional file attachment field for screenshots, documents, or other supporting evidence.
Select the Partnerships category and describe your pitch, including relevant writing samples or links. Not every pitch fits our editorial scope, but every submission is read.
No, we don’t offer phone support. Email through this form is the fastest and most reliable way to reach the right team.
You’ll see an on-screen confirmation immediately after submitting, and a follow-up reply once your message has been reviewed.
Choose General Questions. It’s read by the same editorial team and gets redirected internally if it turns out to fit a different category better.
No. The form requires only your name, email, and message. No account or login is needed.
Yes. Use the Submit AI Software category to suggest your tool for review, or Advertising for sponsorship inquiries. Each routes to a different process.
Yes. Use General Questions and name the tool, or tell us what you’d use it for. Reader requests are one of the main ways new reviews get prioritized on our editorial roadmap.
No. Advertising and sponsorship inquiries are handled entirely separately from testing and scoring. Paying for a placement never changes a rating. See our Editorial Standards for how that separation works.
