02 · Who We Are & Eligibility

Who we are, and who can use this site

Who we are

AIBizMaster is an independent, reader-supported publication that tests AI software for small business owners. Our full editorial approach is described on our About Us and Editorial Standards pages.

Eligibility to use the Site

The Site is intended for business owners, professionals, and other adults evaluating AI software for business use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

03 · Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights

All Content on the Site — including text, reviews, scores, graphics, and the overall design — is owned by AIBizMaster or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, except where explicitly stated otherwise. Trademarks, logos, and product names belonging to third-party AI tools we cover remain the property of their respective owners.

04 · Content Disclaimers

Editorial content, AI tool information, and professional advice disclaimers

Editorial content disclaimer

Our reviews and comparisons reflect our own hands-on testing and editorial judgment at the time of publication, following the process described in How We Test AI Software. They are opinions formed through that process, not guarantees of your own results with any tool.

AI tool information disclaimer

Information about third-party AI software — pricing, features, capabilities — is accurate as of our most recent verification, described in our Corrections Policy, but AI software changes quickly. Always confirm current pricing and features directly with the vendor before purchasing.

No professional advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice tailored to your specific business. Decisions about which AI software to adopt, and how, remain your responsibility. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

05 · Your Use of the Site

User responsibilities, acceptable use, and prohibited activities

You’re responsible for how you use the Site. The list below isn’t exhaustive, but it covers the most common expectations and restrictions.

You may

  • Browse, read, and use our tools (like the ROI Calculator) for your own purposes
  • Share links to our pages on social media or with colleagues
  • Contact us with feedback, corrections, or questions

You may not

  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy Site content without permission
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site
  • Misrepresent your identity when contacting us or submitting a tool for review
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Violating these terms may result in restricted or terminated access to the Site, at our discretion and depending on the severity of the violation.

07 · Accuracy & Availability

Accuracy of information and availability of the Site

Accuracy of information: We test hands-on and fact-check before publishing, following the processes on How We Test AI Software and Corrections Policy. Even so, AI software changes quickly, and we cannot guarantee that every detail remains accurate at every moment you read it. Always verify current pricing and features directly with the vendor before making a purchasing decision.

Availability of the Site: We aim to keep the Site available and functioning, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

08 · Liability & Indemnification

Limitation of liability and indemnification

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBizMaster and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content — including business decisions made based on a review, comparison, or tool. The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold AIBizMaster harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Review Before Publishing

This is general limitation-of-liability language, not a confirmed legal determination for AIBizMaster’s specific circumstances or jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain liability exclusions — have this clause reviewed by qualified legal counsel to confirm it’s enforceable where you operate and where your users are located.

09 · Governing Law & International Use

Governing law and international users

International users: The Site is accessible globally, and content is written primarily for a small-business audience regardless of location. If you access the Site from outside the jurisdiction stated below, you’re responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Review Before Publishing — Governing Law

State the actual jurisdiction whose laws govern these Terms (e.g., the state and country where AIBizMaster’s operating entity is legally established), and the venue for resolving disputes. Do not publish this section until that jurisdiction is confirmed with the actual business registration.

10 · Copyright & DMCA

Copyright infringement — DMCA notice procedure

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). A valid notice generally must include the following:

  1. Identify the work

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  2. Identify the material

The specific URL or location on the Site where the allegedly infringing material appears.

  3. Provide contact information

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  4. Good-faith statement

A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. Accuracy & signature

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf, plus your physical or electronic signature.

Review Before Publishing — DMCA Designated Agent

To claim DMCA safe-harbor protection, this section must name a real designated agent — a name, physical address, phone number, and email — and that agent generally needs to be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office’s online directory. Do not publish this page claiming DMCA safe harbor without completing that registration and inserting the real agent details here.

11 · Changes & Contact

Changes to these Terms, and how to reach us

We may revise these Terms as the Site, our practices, or applicable law change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be described directly on this page rather than updated silently.

Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Contact page, or directly to [email protected].
