Privacy Policy

How we handle your information, in plain English

This page explains exactly what AIBizMaster collects when you visit, subscribe, or contact us — what we don’t collect, how cookies and analytics work, how affiliate links are tracked, and the specific rights you have over your own data under GDPR and CCPA.

01 · Overview

Our approach to privacy

AIBizMaster is a publication, not a data business. We collect the minimum information needed to run the site, understand what content is useful, and respond to the people who contact us — not to build profiles for resale or third-party marketing. This policy explains, section by section, what that means in practice.

Key Takeaways

  • We do not sell personal information to third parties.
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
  • Cookies can be controlled or disabled through your browser at any time.
  • Sections marked “Review Before Publishing” depend on our actual technical setup and need confirmation before this page goes live.
02 · Information We Collect

What information we collect — and what we don’t

The information we receive depends entirely on how you interact with the site.

We may collect

  • Name and email, if you subscribe or contact us
  • Message content and any attachments you send us
  • IP address, browser type, and device information via server logs
  • Pages visited and general usage patterns, if analytics is enabled

We do not collect

  • Payment card details (we don’t process payments directly)
  • Government ID numbers or sensitive personal categories
  • Precise geolocation data
  • Information from third parties to build a profile about you

03 · Cookies & Tracking

Cookies and tracking technologies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device that lets a website remember something between visits. We use cookies for two general purposes: keeping the site functioning correctly (essential cookies), and, where enabled, understanding how the site is used (analytics cookies). We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles that follow you across unrelated websites.

Browser controls and cookie management

Block or delete cookies anytime through your browser settings
Browse in a private/incognito window to avoid persistent cookies
Use browser extensions to block third-party tracking scripts
Disabling essential cookies may affect basic site functionality
Review Before Publishing

If a cookie consent banner is installed (common for GDPR/UK GDPR compliance), describe its actual behavior here — what happens if a visitor declines, and which specific cookie categories it manages. Confirm whether any non-essential cookies are set before consent is given.

04 · Analytics & Third Parties

Analytics and third-party services

Like most websites, AIBizMaster may rely on third-party services for analytics, hosting, and content delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices, and we choose providers that support the commitments in this policy.

Review Before Publishing

This section must name the actual services in use before publishing. Common candidates to confirm:

  • Analytics: e.g. Google Analytics 4 — confirm whether it’s installed, and whether IP anonymization is enabled.
  • Hosting / CDN: e.g. Cloudflare — confirm whether it’s in use, and its role in processing visitor data (e.g. security filtering, caching).
  • Any heatmap, session-recording, or A/B testing tools — disclose specifically if used.

Once confirmed, list each provider by name, link to its own privacy policy, and state what data it receives.

05 · Affiliate Links & Advertising

Affiliate tracking and advertising

When you click a disclosed affiliate link on AIBizMaster, a tracking parameter tells the destination vendor that the referral came from us, so they can credit any resulting signup. This does not cost you anything extra, and it’s separate from the analytics cookies described above. The editorial and business side of these relationships — how commissions work, and how independence is maintained — is covered in full on our Affiliate Disclosure page, which this policy doesn’t duplicate.

Review Before Publishing

Name the actual affiliate networks and, if applicable, advertising platforms in use (for example, a specific affiliate network, direct vendor programs, or a display ad network). If any ad platform sets its own tracking cookies, disclose that specifically here rather than assuming none do.

06 · Newsletter & Email

Newsletter subscriptions and email communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send the content you signed up for and nothing else. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and opting out takes effect immediately. We don’t share subscriber lists with third parties for their own marketing.

Review Before Publishing

Name the actual newsletter/email platform in use (for example, a specific email service provider), link to its privacy policy, and confirm whether it tracks opens/clicks — if so, disclose that specifically rather than omitting it.

07 · AI Usage & Data

How AI tools factor into data handling

AI tools may assist with organizing research and structuring editorial drafts, as described in full on our AI Usage & Disclosure Policy. Personal information submitted through the contact form or newsletter signup is not fed into AI systems for editorial drafting purposes — that data is used only to respond to you or send the content you requested.

08 · Legal Basis for Processing

Our legal basis for processing your information

For visitors in the European Economic Area and UK, data protection law requires a valid legal basis for each way we use personal information. In general terms: server log data is processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functioning; newsletter and contact form data is processed based on your consent when you submit it; and analytics, where enabled, typically relies on consent as well, depending on the specific tool and configuration.

Review Before Publishing

This section states general GDPR principles, not a confirmed legal determination for AIBizMaster’s specific setup. Have this reviewed by someone qualified in data protection law before publishing, particularly the legal basis claimed for any analytics or advertising cookies.

09 · Your Rights

Your rights under GDPR and CCPA

These rights apply depending on where you’re located, and we honor requests consistent with applicable law regardless of location where reasonably possible.

Right to limit sensitive data use

Applies where sensitive personal information is collected — see Section 02.

10 · Retention & Transfers

Data retention and international transfers

Retention: We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, newsletter subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed, and server logs for a limited operational window before they’re rotated out. Data tied to an active legal or correction request is retained until that matter is resolved.

International transfers: If our hosting, analytics, or email infrastructure is located outside your country, your data may be processed there. Where that involves a transfer out of the EEA or UK, an appropriate safeguard (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) should be in place with that provider.

Review Before Publishing

Confirm and state: (1) the actual server/hosting location(s), (2) exact retention periods for each data type rather than general language, and (3) which specific transfer safeguard, if any, is in place with each non-domestic provider.

11 · Security & Children’s Privacy

How we protect information, and our policy on children

Security measures

Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site
Access to contact and subscriber data limited to those who need it
Security reports can be submitted via Contact
No system is 100% secure, and we treat reports seriously and promptly

Children’s privacy

AIBizMaster is intended for business owners and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that a child’s information has been collected without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

12 · Exercising Your Rights

How to request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out

  1. Send your request

Email [email protected] stating what you’d like — access, correction, deletion, or opt-out — and the email address associated with your data.

  2. We verify the request

We confirm the request is coming from the actual account holder before taking action.

  3. We act and confirm

You’ll receive confirmation once the request has been completed, including for unsubscribe and deletion requests.

You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly using the link in any email, without needing to contact us separately.

13 · Changes to This Policy

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change, and material changes — a new data category, a new third-party service, a change in retention — will be described directly on this page rather than updated silently.
